TWIRX already has a public immutable Query Lab, a 500-identity Atlas control plane, source-bound packets and deltas, independent bounded Go/C verification, and a sanitized public source repository. The separately validated E4.5 candidate adds 83,087 real Opportunity records and frames, 1,037,679 real source-derived packets, 747,783 candidate mappings, and a 31-result proof-linked two-universe investigation. The larger runtime is not deployed; its mappings remain candidates and its frames provisional.Milestone 1 — Ontology and Live Utility Alpha

- Integrate at least eight primary structured source families.
- Reach at least 2.5 million real packets and 250,000 semantic frames.
- Publish five universe views, four genuine change streams, and twenty curated investigations.
- Publish exact-scope browser, search, native-interface and TWIRX benchmarks.
Milestone 3 — Learning, Publisher, and Federation Alpha
Days 61–90 — USD 14,000- Build WSIM Seed with classification, candidate retrieval, ambiguity and abstention.
- Publish 5,000 adjudicated mappings, 2,000 hard negatives and 50 held-out source schemas or origins.
- Deliver Visual Atlas Agent v1 and at least five public semantic change streams.
- Release publisher tooling and a first external publisher pilot.
- Publish dedicated deployment, self-hosting and federation alphas.
- Reach a floor of 3 million real packets and 300,000 proof-linked frames; stretch to 5 million and 500,000.
Constitutional constraints
