Typed Web is founder-led and constitution-bound during Genesis. The founder retains final implementation decisions while the project lacks a mature contributor body. That practical authority does not create private ownership of the protocol. Material decisions are recorded through pull requests, architecture decision records, RFCs, threat-model changes, or charter amendments according to their scope. Funding does not purchase:
  • protocol ownership;
  • technical votes;
  • canon admission;
  • private vetoes;
  • hidden early access to the standard.
